Cucumber Chili Margaritas

It's no surprise that I love a good margarita and am constantly experimenting with different recipes at home. It was actually really warm in SF this weekend and so we were in the mood for something refreshing. Enter the Cucumber Chili Margarita. It's super light and refreshing for summer, and with the inclusion of pureed cucumbers, you actually feel like you're being healthy too ;). Here is the recipe:

Cucumber Chili Margarita
1.5 shots Sauza Cucumber Chili Tequila
1.5 shots fresh-sqeezed lime juice
1 shot cucumber puree
Dash of agave nectar to taste

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker for 2 ice cubes. After shaking, have a quick taste, make any necessary adjustments, and serve with a twist of cucumber skin or a slice of jalapeño. Yes, it's that easy- enjoy!
